Why is it that we are all attracted to people who are LEADERS?

Well, the fact is that it’s not something that we can control. It is a trait that we are all born with, it’s a natural occurrence.

You see, people follow LEADERS because they see them as someone who can help them get what they want.

If you look at the people in the Network Marketing industry who are successful, you will find that they are all well established LEADERS.

So if you find yourself struggling then perhaps you have not developed your LEADERSHIP SKILLS. You must position yourself as a leader in this business. You must educate yourself so that you know more than the people that you are trying to recruit into your business. You have to increase your value to the world. If you want people to see you as a LEADER you must be able to teach, educate, give without want, position yourself as a LEADER , an expert.

Let’s face it, in the network marketing industry people will join you because they see you as a leader, and they see you as someone that can help them achieve the success they want.
